Below is a list of permissible users and activities for greenbelt areas in Bellyache Ridge Subdivision.

If it is listed here, it is permissible.  Similarly, if it is not listed here, it is not permissible.

1) Greenbelt areas are private property.

2) Qualified users of the greenbelt areas are exclusively property owners and residents of Bellyache Ridge Subdivision and their accompanied guests.

3) Domestic pets from the subdivision are permitted in the greenbelt areas provided they are accompanied and under the control of a qualified user as defined above.

4) Greenbelt areas are accessible to qualified users during daylight hours.

5) Greenbelt areas are accessible only by foot, and include the use of non-motorized, silent walking aids such as snow shoes and skis.

6) Qualified users are to pack in, pack out everything they bring so as to leave no trace of their presence.

7) Qualified users are to respect wildlife.

8) Powered devices of any kind are prohibited in and over the greenbelt areas.

9) Improvements of any kind or special events of any kind are permitted when previously authorized by written Metropolitan District Board action taken at a regular Board meeting.

Some examples of prohibited activities in the greenbelt areas include parking, camping, fires, fireworks, firearms, off-road vehicles, bicycles and hunting.  This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of prohibited activities.
