Greenbelts in Bellyache Ridge Subdivision
Greenbelts in Bellyache Ridge Subdivision are private property. They are owned, managed and maintained by the Bellyache Ridge Metropolitan District.
The district maintains Greenbelts in an unimproved and natural state.
Greenbelts are located and labeled as shown in green on Exhibit A: Map Showing Greenbelts.
Greenbelts share property borders with individual property owners in the subdivision and with public property owned by the U.S. federal government.
Rules and Regulations for Greenbelts
Below is a list of permissible users, uses and activities for Greenbelts in Bellyache Ridge Subdivision. If it is listed here, it is permissible. Similarly, if it is not listed here, it is not permissible.
1) There is no parking on all roads in Bellyache Ridge Subdivision.
2) Greenbelts are private property.
3) Qualified users of the Greenbelts are exclusively property owners and residents of Bellyache Ridge Subdivision and their accompanied guests.
4) Domestic pets from residences in the subdivision are permitted in the Greenbelts provided they are accompanied and under the control of a qualified user as defined above.
5) Greenbelts are accessible to qualified users during daylight hours.
6) Greenbelts are accessible only by foot, including the use of non-motorized, silent walking aids such as snow shoes and skis.
7) Qualified users are to pack-in and pack-out everything they bring so as to leave no trace of their presence.
8) Qualified users are to respect wildlife.
9) Powered devices of any kind are prohibited in and over the greenbelt areas.
10) Any activities, improvements or events not enumerated in these Rules and Regulations for Greenbelts are permitted in Greenbelts only after authorization in the form of a written action approved by the Board of Directors of the Bellyache Ridge Metropolitan District at a regular board meeting.
Some examples of prohibited activities in the Greenbelts include parking, camping, fires, fireworks, firearms, off-road vehicles, bicycles and hunting. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of prohibited activities.
