How-to-Pay your Monthly Water Bill
Community Resource Services of Colorado (CRS) is the district’s water billing service. Call CRS at 303-381-4960 to set up your water service account and to pay your water bill.
If you already have an online CRS water bill payment account, visit the CRS online water bill pay portal to make a payment.
Water Rates
The following water rates are in effect beginning April 16, 2025.
Water Base Rate $ 20.55 per month per unit.
Plus $ 101.60 per month Fixed User Fee.
Plus $ 2.74 per 1,000 gallons for 1 – 4,000 gallons.
Plus $13.69 per 1,000 gallons for 4,001 – 6,000 gallons.
Plus $ 68.49 per 1,000 gallons for 6,001 – 8,000 gallons.
Plus $ 218.51 per 1,000 gallons for 8,001 and greater gallons.

District Activities
Recently,
Much of the district’s focus is to reduce water system losses by identifying and repairing instances of leaking water pipes and fitments.
Approximately 750 feet of district owned water pipe was taken out of commission and replaced in two separate projects. Additionally, individual homeowners replaced over 300 feet of leaking water pipe.
More of this type of work is expected.
Budget Process
The district follows the process and requirements to adopt an annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law of Colorado, part 1 of article 1 of title 29, C.R.S. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at the offices of Community Resource Services of Colorado, LLC.
Audits
The district has requirements to have an annual financial statements audit in accordance with the Colorado Local Government Audit Law, part 6 of article 1 of title 29, C.R.S. A copy of the audit report is available for public inspection at the offices of Community Resource Services of Colorado, LLC.
